Win/Loss Statements
Download your Win/Loss Statement from Anywhere!
1. Log-in with the button in the upper right corner of this screen.
- On Desktop: Click the Log In Button
- On Mobile: Click the menu in the upper-right corner. Then, click the Rush Rewards button.
2. Enter your last name.
3. Enter Player ID, which is found on your Rush Rewards card.
4. Enter Card PIN. Please visit Rush Rewards if PIN needs to be reset.
5. Click Win/Loss on the menu bar at the top or bottom of the webpage.
Receive your Win/Loss Statement via Mail
Please verify that we have your current mailing address before submitting your request. Your gaming history statement will be mailed to your address on file.
