HOW TO BET ON BACCARAT

There are three ways to make a wager at the Baccarat table. One may bet the player, banker or tie. Two cards are dealt to the player and two cards are dealt to the banker. The hand with a point total closest to 9 wins. Points are tallied as follows: all cards numbered 2 through 9 are counted at face value, 10s (cards totaling 10 and face cards) count as zero and Aces count as 1. If the cards total a two-digit number, only the last digit counts. Example: 5 + 8 = 13, 13 counts as 3.

Winning player and banker bets are paid even money. Winning banker bets are charged a 5% commission. Winning tie bets are paid 8 to 1.

Third card rule dictates whole game.

BETTING PLAYER

When the Player stands on a 6 or 7, the Banker will always draw on totals of 0-1-2-3-4 and 5, and stand on 6-7-8 and 9.

If the Player takes no third card Banker stands on 6.

BETTING ON BANKER

When the Player does not have a natural, the Banker shall draw on the totals 0-1 or 2, and observe the following rules:

Dragon Bonus Bets

Dragon Bonus are Player or Banker side wagers where players are paid for a natural win or on the margin of a non-natural win for the corresponding side. If a player wins by 9 with a non-natural, they are paid 30 to 1 on their side wager. Natural ties are a push and natural winners are paid even money. Dragon bets lose on non-natural ties.

Naturals
