This month’s highlights include a chance to win CASH during Rivers’ Winning Days of Summer promotions, enjoy incredible music with alternative rockers Fuel at the Event Center, Latin Night and Country Nights at Van Slyck’s, along with more great live music at the Landing Hotel and Dukes Chophouse, a free UFC pay-per-view event at the Rivers Sportsbook, and more.

Gaming

Gaming Floor - The Rivers Casino gaming floor with slots, video poker and more is open 24/7. Full beverage service is available Sunday through Thursday until 2 a.m. and on Friday and Saturday until 4 a.m. Non-alcoholic beverage service available 24/7.

Table Games - Table games are available Sunday through Thursday from 8 a.m. until 4 a.m. and Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. until 5 a.m. Throughout August, Rush Rewards guests will also be able to earn 2X points one day per week (Monday – Thursday) on table games. Guests must activate their 2X multiplier at a kiosk before play.  

Winning Days of Summer promotions:

Summer SPIN-tacular Cash Drawings – Guests in August will have a chance to win CASH during the Summer SPIN-tacular Cash Drawings promotion. Through Thursday, August 31, Rush Rewards members can earn 1 entry for every 150 points on eligible slot and video poker machines, and 2 entries for every 150 points earned on table games for a chance to win. Bonus 8X entries will be available every Monday in August, and guests can also win bonus entries by playing the Summer SPIN-tacular kiosk game or by playing in the Summer SPIN-tacular slot tournament. Sunday, August 27 through Thursday, August 31 at 8 p.m. five guests will be selected for a chance to win $5,000 CASH! Winners must be present and have three minutes to claim.

Summer SPIN-tacular Kiosk Game – Every Saturday through Wednesday in August, Rush Rewards members can play a free kiosk game for a chance to win up to 1,000 entries into the Summer SPIN-tacular Cash Drawings. Guests are eligible to play once per promotional day.

Summer SPIN-tacular Slot Tournament – Every Thursday in August, Rush Rewards guests who earn 25 points will be eligible to play in the Summer SPIN-tacular Slot Tournament for a chance to win entries into the Summer SPIN-tacular Cash Drawings. Top 10 scores are winners!

Summer Sizzler Hot Seats – Every Friday in August between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m., Rush Rewards guests who are actively playing at an eligible slot or video poker machine will have a chance to win a share of $5,000 in slot play. Players are eligible to win up to three times each promotional day.

Poker Room Promotions & Tournaments:

Poker Room - Rivers Casino’s Poker Room is open daily from 10 a.m. until 2 a.m. The Poker Room includes 16 tables and offers a variety of poker games. This month’s poker room promotions include daily High Hand Giveaways where players have the chance to win up to $600 in chips.

Sunday Survivor Bounty Poker Tournaments - Sundays in August, Rivers will be holding a no-limit hold ‘em tournament where 1 in 10 receive $700 with $50 knockout bounties. Tournaments begin at 5:15 p.m., with registration starting at 2:15 p.m. if playing a cash game, and 3:15 p.m. otherwise. Tournament fee is $160 for 15,000 in tournament chips, and any player that purchases their entry before 4:15 p.m. will receive an extra 2,500 chips. Players will also earn 500 bonus chips for each hour played up to three hours and another 1,000 bonus chips for the fourth hour, for a maximum of 2,500 extra chips. Players may also re-enter as a new player until the beginning of level 11. All fees apply for re-entry.

Monday Poker Tournaments – Mondays in August, Rivers will be holding a no-limit hold ‘em tournament with a $10,000 guaranteed prize pool and re-entries. Tournaments begin at 6:45 p.m., with registration starting at 3:45 p.m. if playing in a cash game, and 4:45 p.m. otherwise. Tournament fee is $200 for 15,000 in tournament chips, and any player that purchases their entry before 5:45 p.m. will receive an extra 2,500 chips. Players will also earn 500 bonus chips for each hour played up to three hours and another 1,000 bonus chips for the fourth hour, for a maximum of 2,500 extra chips. Players may also re-enter as a new player until the beginning of level 7. All fees apply for re-entry.

Latin Nights at Van Slyck’s – On Thursday, August 3 (and every first Thursday of the month), guests can enjoy live Latin music, a DJ, and a FREE salsa lesson at Van Slyck’s. This month’s entertainment will be provided by Alex Torres & His Latin Orchestra and DJ Ayo. The music starts at 7 p.m. and runs until midnight. Salsa lesson is from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m.

Country Nights at Van Slyck’s - Country music nights are back again at Van Slyck’s when fans will be treated to two fun-filled nights with live bands and a DJ. The Beadle Brothers will hit the stage on Friday, August 4 and Tompkins Drive will entertain guests on Saturday, August 5. CMA winner and local radio personality Kevin Richards will keep the music going between sets both nights. Bands start at 8 p.m. and finish at 1 a.m.

Rivers Sportsbook

The popular Rivers Sportsbook is open for guests to place bets and catch the action on all major sporting events including Major League Baseball. Self-betting kiosks are open 24/7. Manned betting windows are open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. until midnight, and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. until midnight. Rush Rewards members can also earn Reward Points on all wagers placed at the Rivers Sportsbook.

Dukes Chophouse has dinner available Sunday through Thursday from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 4 p.m. until 11 p.m.

Flipt, the casino’s burger and sandwich restaurant, is open daily with breakfast served from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. and regular menu from 11 a.m. until 2 a.m.

Mian, the casino’s fast casual Asian dining restaurant, is open from 4 p.m. until 2 a.m daily.

Johnny’s To Go, the casino’s pizza, pasta, and specialty sandwich outlet, is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. until 2 a.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. until 3 a.m.

Villa Italia is open Sunday through Thursday from 6 a.m. until 2 a.m. and 24 hours on Friday and Saturday.
