Cage Wars 62 - Cage Wars mixed martial arts returns to the Rivers Casino Event Center on Friday, November 3. Cage Wars 62 features local and regional amateur MMA fighters squaring off in the octagon to determine the Cage Wars 62 champion. Country Nights at Van Slyck’s - Country music nights are back again at Van Slyck’s when fans will be treated to two fun-filled nights with live bands and a DJ. Whiskey Highway hits the stage on Friday, November 3 and Dirtroad Ruckus will entertain guests on Saturday, November 4. CMA winner and local radio personality Kevin Richards will keep the music going between sets both nights. Bands start at 8 p.m. and finish at 1 a.m.

New Year’s Eve Party with The Refrigerators - Guests are invited to ring in 2024 at Rivers Casino’s New Year’s Eve Party with The Refrigerators - the Capital Region’s original horn-fueled party band. The perfect way to close out 2023, this unforgettable party will be held at the Rivers Event Center on Sunday, December 31, 2023. Admission includes live music, dancing, party favors, cash bar, unlimited use of our New Year’s Eve photo booth by Silly Snaps, and a champagne toast at midnight. Poker Room

Poker Room - Rivers Casino’s Poker Room is open daily from 10 a.m. until 2 a.m. The Poker Room includes 16 tables and offers a variety of poker games. This month’s poker room promotions include daily High Hand Giveaways, including Holiday Bonus Hands on November 23, where players have the chance to win up to $1000 in chips.

Monday No Limit Hold ‘em Poker Tournaments - Mondays in November, Rivers will be holding a no-limit hold ‘em tournament with a $10,000 guaranteed prize pool and re-entries. Tournaments begin at 6:45 p.m., with registration starting at 4:45 p.m. if playing in a cash game, and 4:45 p.m. otherwise. Tournament fee is $200 for 15,000 in tournament chips, and any player that purchases their entry before 5:45 p.m. will receive an extra 2,500 chips. Players will also earn 500 bonus chips for each hour played up to three hours and another 1,000 bonus chips for the fourth hour, for a maximum of 2,500 extra chips. Players may also re-enter as a new player until the beginning of level 7. All fees apply for re-entry.

Rebuy No Limit Hold ‘em Tournaments - Every Sunday until December 10, Rivers will be holding rebuy no limit hold ‘em tournaments with a $2000 guaranteed prize pool. Tournaments begin at 5:15 p.m. with registration starting at 3:15 p.m. Buy-in is $25, with $10 rebuys, for 2000 chips. Players may re-enter as a new player until the beginning of level 9. Winners will receive prizes in chips.

Rivers Sportsbook

The popular Rivers Sportsbook is open for guests to place bets and catch the action on all major sporting events including pro football, basketball and baseball. Self-betting kiosks are open 24/7. Manned betting windows are open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. until midnight, and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. until midnight. $12,000 Second Chance Drawings - Through December 28, Rush Rewards guests will have a chance to turn their losing pro football wagers into cash during the Thursday night game. Any losing wager of $25 or more (straight bet or parlay) will be eligible for entry into the half-time drawing for a chance to win $500 CASH. Guests must write their first and last name and Rush Rewards Player Card number on each entry to be eligible to win.
