Cage Wars Mixed Martial Arts Returns
Schenectady, NY (July 28, 2022) – Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady is thrilled to announce the return of Cage Wars, a high-energy evening of Mixed Martial Arts action. Following a series of prior sold-out competitions, Cage Wars 53 will take place at the Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady Event Center on Friday, September 9, 2022.
Tickets on sale now at CageWarsMMA.com and start at $56 plus fees. Doors open at 6 p.m. and the fights begin at 7 p.m.
Cage Wars 53, sponsored by Sticker Mule, will feature both local and regional amateur MMA fighters squaring off in the octagon to determine the Cage Wars 53 champion. Fight fans can expect another night of intense and exciting matchups.
Fight fans will also be able to stream the event live for FREE on Stimulus.com.

Harbor Jam: Night 1 – Harbor Jam, Rivers Casino’s free summer concert series at the Mohawk Harbor Amphitheater, kicks off this Friday, July 29. Guests can enjoy live music, food trucks, vendors and more from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. Music lineup includes DJ Ketchup, Ten Most Wanted, and Brass Transit - The Musical Legacy of Chicago. Participating food trucks include Mike’s Hot Dogs, Seasons Catering, Di Folco’s Roaming Occasions, Ben & Jerry’s, and Kona Ice. 99.5 The River will also be on-site providing stage announcements. There are no age restrictions to attend Harbor Jam. Concertgoers are welcome to bring chairs and blankets for seating.
Harbor Jam: Night 2 - Harbor Jam, Rivers Casino’s free summer concert series at the Mohawk Harbor Amphitheater, continues this Saturday, July 30. Guests can enjoy live music, food trucks, vendors and more from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. Music lineup includes DJ Kevin Richards, David J, and Lords of 52nd Street - Legends Of Billy Joel Band from 7:30 p.m. until 9 p.m. Participating food trucks include Roy’s Caribbean, Seasons Catering, Alotta Empanadas, Greek on the Run, and Ben & Jerry’s. 98.3 WTRY’s Jamie Roberts will also be on-site providing stage announcements. There are no age restrictions to attend Harbor Jam. Concertgoers are welcome to bring chairs and blankets for seating.
En Vogue (Saturday, September 3, 2022) - It’s sure to be an unforgettable night of R&B pop classics when En Vogue hits the stage at the Rivers Casino Event Center. En Vogue’s pristine vocal harmonies, legacy of hits and stellar stage show is a sure bet to have guests singing and dancing all night long. Frank Caliendo (Saturday, September 24, 2022) - Comedy’s top impressionist Frank Caliendo will bring his hilarious observations, impressions, and characters to the Rivers Event Center. Described by the Hollywood Reporter as "a combination of Robin Williams and Jim Carrey," Caliendo is known for his high energy and family-friendly act that starts at a frenetic pace and never lets up.
