Rivers Casino Earns Romero Award For Excellence In Casino Marketing

Pittsburgh’s Casino Wins Silver Honor at 2015 Casino Marketing & Technology Conference 

PITTSBURGH — July 16, 2015 — Rivers Casino has been named a 2015 Romero Award winner for excellence in casino marketing. The casino received a Silver Award in the Community Relations category. The awards were announced at the annual Casino Marketing & Technology Conference, held at the Rio All Suites Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

Rivers Casino was recognized for its commitment to service and giving back through its Community Champions, Pittsburgh Proud and $10 for $10 programs. The Rivers Casino Community Champions program allows Team Members to engage with a local organization each month to provide a day of service. The Pittsburgh Proud station at the casino’s exit allows guests to donate extra slot vouchers or chips directly to a charity. When guests donate $10 cash to a selected charity, they receive $10 Free Slot Play through the $10 for $10 program.
