Andrew’s Steak And Seafood At Rivers Casino Goes Green For Pittsburgh Earth Day

Restaurant Joins First-Ever Citywide Celebration with Prix Fixe Menu on April 22

PITTSBURGH — April 15, 2015 — Andrew’s Steak and Seafood at Rivers Casino is going green this Earth Day, April 22. The award-winning restaurant will join other local eateries and offer a special prix fixe menu as part of the first-ever Pittsburgh Earth Day celebration.

The special menu will highlight locally sourced, organic ingredients and is only available on April 22. For $48, diners will enjoy four courses, including:

• Red Bliss and Cheddar Pierogi – Pierogis with caramelized onions and house-made crème fraiche
• Local Greens Salad – Spring greens with edible flowers and radishes
• Lake Erie Walleye – Local wild walleye with sautéed green beans and local pickled ramps
• Lemon and Strawberry – Lemon curd tart with strawberry sorbet and fresh strawberries

Andrew’s Steak and Seafood is open from 5—9:30 p.m. on Earth Day, and reservations can be made on opentable.com. Additionally, Rivers will have ongoing, pop-up celebrations on the gaming floor with Earth Day-themed giveaways.
