PHILADELPHIA — July 31, 2026 — Rivers Casino Philadelphia kicks off August with opportunities to launch a new career, attend exclusive events and enjoy top-tier entertainment. From paid dealer training and rewarding career opportunities to a sold-out appearance by Randy Fenoli and live performances by Rickey Smiley and “Invincible: A Glorious Tribute to Michael Jackson,” there’s something for everyone this month.

Highlights include enrollment in Rivers Casino’s paid dealer school, where participants receive free training and paid classroom instruction, along with one-of-a-kind entertainment and special events throughout August.

Get Paid to Train as a Table Games Dealer

Looking for a new career with great earning potential? Rivers Casino Philadelphia is now accepting applications for its paid dealer training program.

No casino experience is required. Rivers Casino, the region's only casino to offer a paid dealer training program, covers the full cost of dealer school and pays participants $17.50 an hour while they complete classroom training. Team Members who remain with the company for one year also receive a $1,000 retention bonus.

Upon certification, new table games dealers earn competitive base pay plus tips, with many starting dealers earning up to $30 per hour. Experienced dealers often earn even more. Dealers can further increase their pay by learning additional games such as baccarat, roulette and craps.

Experienced table games dealers can earn a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 when joining the Rivers Casino Philadelphia team. Dealers proficient in two core games who average 30 hours per week are eligible for the $10,000 bonus, while those with proficiency in one core game can earn a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Current part-time dealers with one core game may qualify for a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Dealers looking to expand their skills can take advantage of Rivers Casino’s internal training program to learn additional games and qualify for the higher bonus tier. Eligible Team Members will receive sign-on bonuses after one year of employment.

Say Yes to Brunch — Randy Fenoli Event — SOLD OUT

Bridal fashion expert Randy Fenoli, star of TLC’s long-running hit series “Say Yes to the Dress,” will headline the Bridal Brunch and Designer Showcase at Rivers on Sunday, Aug. 9, at noon.

The sold-out event will feature a brunch buffet, a fashion show highlighting gowns from Randy Fenoli Bridal’s latest collections and a keynote address by Fenoli.

Jackpot Tops $660,000 and Growing Daily

The progressive jackpot for Royal 9 Baccarat at Rivers Casino is over $660,000 and continues to increase daily. The progressive jackpot last hit for over $225,000. Guests are eligible for the jackpot if they place a bonus wager for their unique King-Nine hand designation.

The Mega Jackpot for the multi-link progressive shared between Ultimate Texas Hold ’em, Mississippi Stud and Three Card Poker is over $535,000 and growing daily. The major progressive jackpot last hit in July for nearly $55,000.

$100,000 Beat the Heat Drawings
