You Must Be 21+ Years Of Age To Enter The Casino
Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady does not allow underage gambling. Any person under the age of 21 found gambling in the casino is subject to arrest and prosecution.
Acceptable Forms of Identification:
- State Issued Drivers License
- State Issued ID Card
- Military ID Card
- Passport
- Immigration/Naturalization Registration Card
Code of Conduct
- No alcoholic beverages are permitted to come in or out of the casino.
- Inappropriate behavior, vandalism, or running in the casino will be grounds for ejection.
- Photography and video recording on the gaming floor are not permitted.
- No loitering.
- No soliciting.
Firearms & Weapons Prohibited
The possession or carrying of a firearm or weapon inside the casino is prohibited. Other prohibited items include Pepper Spray, Large Bags, Food, Beverages & Alcohol. ALL BAGS ARE SUBJECT TO BE SEARCHED.
No Pets
Only trained service animals will be allowed.
NO SMOKING/VAPING
In accordance with New York State law, smoking is not permitted within the casino. Smoking is restricted to designated areas.
Attire
- Appropriate clothing is required at all times. This includes, but is not limited to: shoes, shirts, pants on/at waist.
- Offensive messages or pictures may not be displayed on clothing.
- Hoods on all apparel must be worn down (except while playing in the Poker Room).
Lost & Found Policy
- Items that are turned into Security are held in the Lost and Found for 30 days before being processed and donated to charity (if deemed appropriate). Please contact our Security Team if you have lost an item.
