The winner of the Electric City Mini Main Event is Michio Cohen! He continues an impressive tournament run at Rivers with his 4th major tournament victory the last 4 years. This victory comes against the 47 players who moved on from Day 1. The tournament played down to the final 4 players when a chop was agreed upon. Michio had the most chips and took home the victory. His final score was $16,242.00. Congratulations Michio!

This impressive run put Michio 2nd all-time on the Rivers Schenectady money list. After winning on Sunday, Michio hopped in the Monday night tournament and came in 2nd place winning $2,392.00. He now sits $1,677.00 behind Gilberto Taveras-Garcia for the all-time lead.

The next Electric City Mini Main event is scheduled for July 6th - July 10th with Day 2 on July 13th, pending NYSGC approval. We hope to see you at the next event!
