The free Outdoor Fall Concert Series returns by popular demand, The Event Center hosts top national acts, and The Sound Bar delivers a steady lineup of game nights, comedy, and local live music. • Free Outdoor Fall Concert Series – Back by popular demand, the Fall Concert Series returns to Rivers Casino Portsmouth. “Rivers Gives” in Hampton Roads

Through Rivers Gives, the casino’s community engagement initiative, Rivers Casino Portsmouth actively engages in community service, focusing on volunteerism, corporate giving, and donation drives.
