“Rivers Gives” in Hampton Roads

Rivers Casino Portsmouth will contribute to several local non-profit organizations and events as part of Rivers Gives this month. In celebration of Pride Month, Rivers Casino Portsmouth is proud to sponsor Portsmouth Pride. To commemorate Juneteenth, the casino will sponsor and volunteer at the Urban League of Hampton Roads’ Juneteenth event and the YWCA of South Hampton Roads’ Conference on Racial Equity and Social Transformation. 

Team Members will volunteer with the ROC Solid Foundation and collect donations for the Ida Barbour Early Learning Center. In addition, Casino Team Members were invited to name two foster puppies in honor of their volunteer efforts with the Portsmouth Humane Society. Ace and Winnie are available for adoption and looking forward to meeting their lucky new families!

Rivers Casino will also support the Portsmouth Chapter of Links — the casino's June charity partner. Casino guests will have an opportunity to join this philanthropic effort by donating chips, vouchers, and cash on the gaming floor.
