RIVERS CASINO PORTSMOUTH ANNOUNCES FALL OUTDOOR CONCERT SERIES FEATURING TRIBUTE BANDS AND INTERNATIONAL REGGAE ACT 

Portsmouth, Va. – June 25, 2026 – Rivers Casino Portsmouth is excited to announce its Fall Outdoor Concert Series featuring a lineup of high-energy live performances on select dates throughout September and October. Tickets start at $15 and are available now at RiversCasino.com/Portsmouth.

The Fall Outdoor Concert Series kicks off Friday, Sept. 4, at 8 p.m. with Crazy Train – the ultimate touring Ozzy Osbourne Tribute Show. The series continues with internationally known reggae band Easy Star All-Stars on Sunday, Sept. 6, at 6 p.m., and concludes with 10-piece show band Wilder Horses, a Rolling Stones tribute, on Friday, Oct. 16, at 7 p.m.

The performance stage will be located on the lawn behind Admiral's Steak & Seafood. The Admiral's patio will be open exclusively for VIP guests, and reservations for indoor dining are strongly recommended. Concert admission and seating are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests must be 21+. 

The Band Lineup

Crazy Train – America’s Ozzy Tribute | Friday, Sept. 4 at 8 p.m.

Crazy Train delivers the ultimate Ozzy Osbourne concert experience—bringing the music, energy, and spectacle of the Prince of Darkness to stages across North America. Packed with stunning visuals, special effects, and unforgettable moments, the band recreates the excitement of an authentic Ozzy arena show – one that is captivating musically and visually. 

Fronted by Vinny Cormier, North America's premier Ozzy Osbourne tribute artist, Crazy Train features a powerhouse lineup of seasoned musicians, including Vinny's son, Dylan. Together, they perform every show with the intensity and attitude of  Ozzy’s 1993 “Live and Loud” era, taking audiences on a journey through Ozzy’s legendary catalog—from Black Sabbath classics to modern favorites from “Patient Number 9.”

A touring musician since 1977, Vinny Cormier has performed throughout Canada and the East Coast alongside iconic artists including Steve Perry of Journey, Blue Öyster Cult, Eddie Money, and Molly Hatchet, and several others. His decades of experience and uncanny portrayal of Ozzy have helped make Crazy Train one of the most sought-after touring tribute acts on the circuit today. 

Easy Star All-Stars | Sunday, Sept. 6, at 6 p.m.

Easy Star All-Stars have established themselves as one of the world’s premier reggae acts, blending exceptional musicianship, vocal harmonies, and a powerful rhythm section. For nearly two decades, the internationally acclaimed group has toured more than 30 countries across six continents—bringing together fans of reggae, classic rock, dub, and indie rock.

Best known for their acclaimed reggae reinterpretations of iconic albums, the band gained worldwide recognition with “Dub Side of the Moon,” their reimagining of Pink Floyd's classic album, followed by celebrated releases including “Radiodread,” “Easy Star’s Lonely Hearts Dub Band,” and “Easy Star’s Thrillah.” In 2023, the group released a reggae reimagining of David Bowie’s “The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars.”

Wilder Horses | Friday, Oct. 16, at 7 p.m.

Wilder Horses delivers the sights, sounds and swagger of the Rolling Stones, recreating the energy and excitement of one of rock’s most legendary bands. Featuring vintage instruments, authentic costumes, and a frontman with an uncanny resemblance to Mick Jagger, Wilder Horses provides an immersive tribute experience for classic rock fans.

The 10-piece show band performs hits spanning the Rolling Stones’ storied career, backed by a full horn section, keyboards, and percussion. From timeless classics to fan favorites, Wilder Horses captures the attitude, musicianship, and spirit that made the Stones the Original Bad Boys of Rock ‘n’ Roll.
