RIVERS CASINO PORTSMOUTH ANNOUNCES FALL CONCERT SERIES

PORTSMOUTH, Va. — August 12, 2025 —  Back by popular demand, the Fall Concert Series returns to Rivers Casino Portsmouth. The free outdoor concerts will take place every other Friday from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., with doors opening at 7:30 p.m. Entry is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Beginning Friday, Sept. 5, guests can enjoy a high-energy atmosphere featuring live music on the outdoor performance stage directly behind Admiral’s Steak & Seafood, a rotating lineup of food trucks, and a wide selection of drinks available for purchase through Rivers Casino Portsmouth. 

The concerts will showcase a fresh lineup of top regional bands, set against the backdrop of the casino’s water feature. 

Fall Concert Series Lineup:

• Friday, September 5: Eight Past Midnight – Hailing from Atlanta, Georgia, Eight Past Midnight is a high-energy, eight-piece band known for their show-stopping vocals, electrifying guitar, smooth saxophone, and pulsing rhythm section. Their setlist spans decades: from the timeless classics of the '70s and '80s to today’s biggest party hits, blending R&B, rock, and pop to keep the dance floor moving all night long.
• Friday, September 19: NoFilter Band – A powerhouse band of multi-talented singer-musicians from around the globe, NoFilter Band creates a high-energy performance featuring seamless instrument swaps, custom LED drums, a 7-foot video wall, and state-of-the-art lighting and sound, creating a fully synchronized audio-visual spectacle.
• Friday, October 3: The Voltage Brothers – This seven-piece band delivers a genre-spanning setlist that includes R&B, Motown, funk, pop, jazz, classic rock, and more. Known for their powerhouse vocals and dynamic horn section, The Voltage Brothers have performed around the world — from the Super Bowl to presidential inaugurations — sharing the stage with legends like Earth, Wind & Fire, Gladys Knight, and The Temptations.
• Friday, October 17: Good Shot Judy – The Mid-Atlantic’s premier high-octane swing band, Good Shot Judy brings the house down with tight horns, lively keys, upright bass, driving percussion, and velvety, crooner-style vocals. Their sharp suits and sharper sound deliver a throwback vibe with modern energy — guaranteed to get toes tapping and dance floors swinging.

Guests must be 21 or older and should enter through the casino.
