Rivers Casino Philadelphia Earns 9th 'Top Workplace' Honor

PHILADELPHIA — April 30, 2021 — Rivers Casino Philadelphia received its ninth recognition by The Philadelphia Inquirer as a Top Workplace in Philadelphia. With a team of approximately 1,200 employees, Rivers was honored in the Large Company category.
 
The Top Workplace award is a meaningful recognition, as it is solely based on anonymous Team Member feedback. Participants are asked to answer various questions across different categories such as leadership, work environment and overall job satisfaction.

The results are calculated by Energage, LLC, a third-party employee research and survey company that measures successful culture drivers in organizations. The Philadelphia Inquirer then recognizes the top workplaces in the Greater Philadelphia area based on their favorable employee feedback.
 
In addition to being recognized nine times by The Philadelphia Inquirer, Rivers casino has also earned multiple Best Places to Work honors from the Philadelphia Business Journal.
