THE EVENT CENTER AT RIVERS CASINO PITTSBURGH
WELCOMES ‘NO BAD JUJU’
Live music returns with limited capacity and socially distanced seating

PITTSBURGH — March 9, 2021 — On Friday, March 26, Rivers Casino Pittsburgh will host Pittsburgh-native band No Bad JuJu in The Event Center. This 7 p.m. performance marks a modified return to live entertainment at Rivers Casino. In keeping with recently revised guidelines from the Commonwealth allowing up to 15% indoor occupancy, the Event Center will seat 250 socially distanced guests.

Tickets are $10 and on sale now at RiversCasino.com and at the Rivers Casino Gift Shop. Food and beverage will be available for purchase in the room.

No Bad JuJu is a dynamic, eight-piece ensemble that combines a diverse blend of classic R&B, soul, rock, pop, and top 40 music to forge its signature style. The band’s collective experience ranges from The Rock N Roll Hall of Fame to Broadway, with most members having recorded and/or performed with top-name national and international acts.

No Bad JuJu has established itself as one of the region’s hottest and most popular acts. Performances include numerous high-profile festivals, concert venues and corporate events, as well as extensive club and casino dates as both a headliner and an opener for several National acts.

"We’re eager to welcome spring—and local music—back to the North Shore,” said Shannon Redmond, vice president of marketing at Rivers Casino Pittsburgh. “No Bad JuJu is the perfect band to kick-off local entertainment back here at Rivers.”

All COVID-19 health and safety protocols remain in place, including wearing of masks or approved face-coverings, temperature checks, and social distancing for guests and Team Members, with no exceptions. The Rivers Clean Team continues to work around the clock to keep the casino safe and sanitized. Air filtration technology from airPHX® and AtmosAir™ runs 24/7 property wide, continuously disinfecting surfaces and indoor air.

Rivers Casino Pittsburgh follows best practices from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and meets or exceeds all COVID-19 Casino Reopening Protocols outlined by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB). Additionally, Rivers Casino adheres to all guidelines issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Health and meets all operating requirements set by the Allegheny County Health Department.
