Rivers Casino Launches JOINGO-Powered Mobile App

App Offers One-Of-A-Kind Features and Functionality for Rivers’ Rush Rewards Members

PITTSBURGH and LAS VEGAS – Aug. 14, 2014 – Rivers Casino and JOINGO, a mobile technology company providing the most advanced mobile loyalty solutions for the casino gaming industry, jointly announce the launch of its latest customer app for iPhone and Android devices. The Rivers Casino app, created using JOINGO’s Mobile Loyalty Platform, includes the Places geo-fencing feature and real-time integration with Rivers’ Konami Casino Management System, providing Rush Rewards members instant in-app access to account balances and offers.

Using JOINGO Places, Rivers Casino can target the delivery of special mobile offers and alerts to their patrons who are located within customizable regions known as geo-fences. In addition, patrons can get directions, make restaurant reservations, and learn about daily specials and promotions, all right from their mobile devices.

In its next phase, the Rivers Casino app will also have the unique capability to allow patrons to self-comp. Rush Rewards members will be able to redeem their loyalty points for promotional items and other perks directly from their mobile device.
