Fall into Some Fun with Special Events and Promotions at Pittsburgh’s Casino 

PITTSBURGH — Aug. 31, 2016 — Rivers Casino is celebrating the changing of the seasons with all-new gaming, dining and event promotions happening throughout the month of September.

Gaming Promotions

Extreme Crazy Cash Drawings — Guests who earned entries from March—August can enter into drawings on Sept. 29 for an opportunity to split more than $60,000 cash and Free Slot Play. Drawings will take place at 2:15 and 7:15 p.m., with a second chance drawing taking place at 9 p.m. Top prize is $12,000 cash at 2:15 p.m. and 7:15 p.m.

Truck Giveaway — For every 25 base points earned in August and September, Rush Rewards members receive one entry for a chance to win a new truck on Sept. 5. Drawings will take place a 2, 5 and 8 p.m., with a wildcard drawing at 8:30 p.m., for the opportunity to take part in the finale drawing at 9 p.m. Entries must be activated between 11 a.m.—11:59 p.m. One winner will drive home with the brand new truck!

Pigskins Pickem — On Wednesdays throughout the football season, all Rush Rewards members who earn 250 same-day base points can make their picks for the upcoming weekend’s football matchups from 8 a.m.—11:59 p.m. The top 50 contestants with the most correct picks each week will win cash and Free Slot Play. Guests who play all season long will have a chance to participate in the finale drawing in January, with a top prize of $100,000.

Queen of Hearts Drawings — On Saturdays in September, Rush Rewards Players Club Members who “Get the Queen, Get the Green.” For every 500 same-day base points earned each Saturday, guests will earn one entry for a chance to win cash and Free Slot Play. Entries earned each Saturday are only valid for that week’s drawing. One winner will pull a playing card looking for the Queen of Hearts and the drawing will take place at 9 p.m. Entries must be activated between 7—8:59 p.m. The grand prize each week is $10,000 cash, with $10,000 cash being added to the progressive jackpot each week the Queen of Hearts is not drawn. Since the start of the promotion in February, more than $300,000 cash has been added to the progressive jackpot.

High Limit Jackpot Drawings — Guests who hit a taxable jackpot ($1,200 or greater) in the high limit slots area in September will receive a pull tab. Pull tabs can be redeemed Monday—Thursday at the Rush Rewards Players Club (cannot be redeemed same day.) You could win up to $1,000 in Free Slot Play!

Gift Giveaways — Throughout September, invited guests and Rush Rewards players who earn 1,250 same-day base points are eligible to pick up a free gift from Anna Boiardi. Receive a Black & Gold casserole dish on Thursday, Sept. 8; a Black & Gold 11” frying pan on Thursday, Sept. 15 and a Black & Gold 8” frying pan on Thursday, Sept. 22. Wilson Football Gift Giveaway — On Tuesday, Sept. 13 from 10 a.m.—8 p.m., guests who earn 1,250 same-day base points are eligible to receive a free Wilson football in celebration of football season. Players must pick up a voucher at the kiosks then redeem the voucher at the Gift Giveaway Center. (While supplies last.)

September Birthday Celebrations – Happy Birthday to you! Any guest who visits the Rush Rewards Players Club on his or her birthday will receive a free coupon to visit Grand View Buffet.

New Member Giveaways – New members who sign up for a Rush Rewards Players Club Card and earn 250 same-day base points on the day they sign up will be eligible to pick a pull tab to win various amounts of Free Slot Play, Match Play, food vouchers or gifts. The top prize is $100 in Free Slot Play every week for an entire year.

Pittsburgh Proud – All month long, guests can donate their extra slot vouchers and table chips to Goodwill.

Goodwill $10 for $10 Free Slot Play — On Tuesday, Sept. 6 and Wednesday, Sept. 7, from noon—8 p.m., guests can donate $10 cash to get $10 Free Slot Play. The donation table is located in front of Cíao.

Table Games        

Service Industry Night — Beginning Sept. 12, every Monday, hot seat drawings will take place every half hour from 6 p.m. until 2 a.m. to give away great prizes. The pit features $5 Craps, Blackjack and Roulette.

Hot Shooters — Each day from noon—11:59 a.m. the following day, Rush Rewards members will have the chance to win $100 cash and $100 Match Play, if they have the highest number of rolls in the Craps Pit. Guests will have seven days to claim their prize at the cashier. In addition, if a guest rolls the dice 60 or more consecutive times, they will win $500 cash. The bounty will increase by $100 each day if no one rolls the dice 60 straight times.

$1 Million Craps — Rush Rewards members playing craps have the chance to win $100,000 or even $1 million cash! If a guest is able to roll the dice 100 consecutive times, they’ll take home $100,000 cash. Roll 155 consecutive times and win the $1 million grand prize!

Learn to Play — Join in from 1—2 p.m. every day to learn a new game. Guests can learn to play Craps, Mini Baccarat and Pai Gow Poker. Rush Rewards members will receive two $5 Match Play coupons. (Match Play coupons can be picked up at the Rush Rewards Players Club. Vouchers can only be redeemed once for each game learned throughout 2016.)

Football Party Pit — On Thursdays in September from 6 p.m.—2 a.m., hot seat drawings will be held every 30 minutes to receive great prizes. The Party Pit features $5 Craps, Blackjack and Roulette. Throughout the month, Rush Rewards members who receive a suited Blackjack, make two passes at Craps or hit a straight up wager paying 35-1 on Roulette will receive an entry to win a pair of tickets to an upcoming professional hometown football game. The finale drawing will take place at 9 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 29. Entries must be submitted from 6—8:59 p.m. on the date of the drawing.

Blazing 777 Blackjack — The more sevens in your hand, the more you win. Blackjack players can take part in a progressive side bet that wins based on how many sevens the player receives in their hand. Any lucky seven is a winner and the progressive is based on the player’s first three cards only. More than $700,000 has been handed out since the start of the promotion in March!

$25,000 Blazing 7’s Blackjack Tournament — Guests who hit a winning wager on Blazing 7’s Blackjack table in September will receive an entry into a drawing for complimentary entry into the Blazing 7’s Blackjack tournament this December. Any guest who hits a progressive Blazing 7 payout will be entered into the tournament automatically. Buy-in for the tournament is $50 cash.

$200 Hot Seats — Every other hour from 2 p.m. until midnight on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in September, guests playing in live, qualifying cash games are eligible to win $200 cash if selected in a hot seat drawing.

$28,000 Mad Money Mondays High Hand — On Mondays in September, Rush Rewards members with a full house or higher at a live, qualifying cash table are eligible to win $1,000 cash. The qualifying period begins at 11 a.m. on each of these Mondays with the first payout beginning at noon.

$12,000 Sunday High Hand — On Sundays in September, Rush Rewards members with a full house or higher at a live, qualifying cash table are eligible to win $400 cash. The qualifying period begins at 2 p.m. with the first payout taking place at 3 p.m.

$20,000 Saturday High Hand — On Saturdays in September, Rush Rewards members with a full house or higher at a live, qualifying cash table are eligible to win $400 cash. The qualifying period begins at 11 a.m. with the first payout taking place at noon.

$10,000 Friday High Hand — On Fridays in September, Rush Rewards members with a full house or higher at a live, qualifying cash table are eligible to win $300 cash. The qualifying period begins at 11 a.m. with the first payout taking place at noon.

$35,000 Thursday High Hand — On Thursdays in September, Rush Rewards members with a full house or higher at a live, qualifying cash table are eligible to win $1,000 cash. The qualifying period begins at 4 p.m. with the first payout taking place at 5 p.m.

$1,000,000 Bad Beat — From now until the end of 2016, Rush Rewards members are eligible to win the $1,000,000 Bad Beat in any pot-raked Texas Hold ‘Em game. To win the $1,000,000 Bad Beat, the winner must be holding a queen high straight flush of any suit and must lose to a Royal flush of the same suit. The hole cards of the player with the royal flush must be the Ace and King. The flop must contain a Queen, Jack and ten. There must be a minimum of four players dealt in the hand.
