PITTSBURGH – Feb. 1, 2016 – In addition to the candy and flowers, take your sweetheart for a night out on the North Shore. Visit Rivers Casino this February to check out all-new gaming promotions, dining specials and live entertainment.

Gaming Promotions

Queen of Hearts Drawings – On Wednesdays in February, Rush Rewards Players Club members who “Get the Queen, Get the Green.” For every 500 same-day base points received each Wednesday, guests will earn one entry for a chance to win cash and Free Slot Play. Entries earned each Wednesday are only valid for that week’s drawing. One winner will pull a playing card looking for the Queen of Hearts and drawings will take place at 8 p.m. Entries must be submitted between 6—7:59 p.m. The grand prize each week is $10,000 cash, with more being added to the progressive jackpot each week the Queen of Hearts is not drawn.

Mortgage Mania – Have you ever dreamed about paying off your mortgage? Rivers wants to make that dream a reality! Throughout February, guests who earn 25 same-day base points will earn one entry into the Mortgage Mania Drawing. Winners will have their mortgage payment (up to $20,000 cash) covered or receive $100 in Free Slot Play per week for an entire year. Drawings will take place Sunday, Feb. 28 at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Entries must be registered between noon—1:59 p.m. and 6—7:59 p.m.

Pittsburgh Penguins® Lucky 7’s – When the Penguins shoot, players score! For each second period regular season home game that the Penguins score, fans 21 years of age and older who attended the game can redeem that game’s ticket for $7 Free Slot Play for each goal scored. Guests have two days after the game to redeem at the Rush Rewards club.

Pittsburgh Penguins® $777 Progressive Jackpot – For each second period goal scored by the Pittsburgh Penguins during every regular season home game, Rivers Casino will add $777 into a grand prize progressive cash jackpot, given away April 9 at 8 p.m. (Must be a Rush Rewards Players Club member to participate.)

• Drawing Details: Drawings for participants will take place at 7 p.m. on Feb. 11 and March 10. Check-in at the designated kiosk for each drawing day will begin at 5 p.m. and will close at 6:59 p.m. On each drawing day, seven winners will be called at 7 p.m. to pick an item to be awarded cash or Free Slot Play, with a top prize of $2,500. During the finale drawing on April 9, 20 winners will be announced every other hour from noon—8 p.m. A total of 100 winners will be called throughout the day to split $100,000 in cash and Free Slot Play. At 8 p.m., the grand prize winner will win the Penguins® Progressive Jackpot.

Gift Giveaways – Throughout February, invited guests and players who earn 1,250 same-day base points are eligible to pick up a gift. Receive a Pittsburgh Penguins zip-up sweatshirt on Feb. 11; a floating heart charm necklace and locket on Feb. 14; a five-piece snow shovel set on Feb. 18; and an Anchor 16-piece glass container set on Feb. 25. February Birthday Celebrations – Happy Birthday to you! Any guests who visit the Rush Rewards Players Club on his or her birthday will receive a free coupon to visit Grand View Buffet.

New Member Giveaways – New members who sign up for a Rush Reward’s Players Club Card and earn 250 same-day base points will be eligible to swipe to win various amounts of Free Slot Play, up to $500.

$10 for $10 – On Feb. 10 and 11, guests who visit Rivers between noon and 8 p.m. have the option to donate $10 cash to the KDKA Warmathon to receive $10 Free Slot Play.

Pittsburgh Proud – All month long, guests can donate their extra slot vouchers and table chips to the KDKA Warmathon. The Pittsburgh Proud donation box is located between the two elevators that lead to the parking garage.

Table Games

Learn to Play – Join in from 1—2 p.m. every day to learn a new game. Guests can learn to play craps, Mississippi Stud and 3-card poker. Rush Rewards members will receive two $5 match play coupons. (Match play coupons can be picked up at the Rush Rewards Players Club. Vouchers can only be redeemed once for each game learned throughout 2016.)

Party Pit – On Thursdays in February from 6 p.m.—2 a.m., hot seat drawings will be held every 30 minutes to receive great prizes. The Party Pit features roulette, as well as $5 craps and blackjack. Throughout February, Rush Rewards members who receive a suited blackjack, make two passes at craps or hit a straight up wager paying 35-1 on roulette will receive an entry to win two tickets to see the Pittsburgh Penguins play at home. The drawing will take place at 9 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 25. Entries must be submitted from 6—8:59 p.m. on the date of the drawing.

Poker Room

Three Rivers Poker Challenge Leader Board – From 2 p.m. on Feb. 21 until 2 p.m. on Feb. 28, Rush Rewards members participating at live, qualifying cash tables are eligible to accumulate points by finishing in the payout portion of any tournaments that are a part of the Three Rivers Poker Challenge. The player with the highest score during the qualifying period will win $250 cash and a trophy, as well as a seat into the next Pittsburgh Poker Open.

$16K High Hand – Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday in February, guests playing at live, qualifying cash tables with the highest hand will win $250 cash. Qualifying periods begin at 10 a.m. with the first payout taking place at 2 p.m. Payouts will occur every other hour until 10 p.m.

$9K Straight to the Cash – On Tuesdays and Thursdays in February, lucky winners playing at live, qualifying cash tables are eligible to receive an entry for a chance to win up to $300 cash. Drawings will occur at 2, 5, 8 and 11 p.m.

$8K Saturday Cash Splash – Every Saturday in February, guests playing at live, qualifying cash tables will be eligible to be selected to win a $200 splash pot. Splash Pots will occur every hour from 2 p.m.—midnight.

March Bracket – From 12:01 a.m. on Feb. 1 until 11:59 p.m. on March 12, players can rake in hours for a chance to enter Rivers Casino’s March Bracket for cash! The top 60 players who earn the most hours will be paired with a team in the national men’s college basketball tournament. An additional four players selected through hot seat drawings at live, qualifying games will also be randomly selected to participate. Players will earn cash as long as their corresponding teams remain in the tournament. Prizes will be awarded based on when each team is eliminated:
