This promotion is active during the games listed above. All money for the prize payouts will be taken from the Promotion Fund. Texas Hold’em games that contribute to the High Hand Jackpot are all eligible for this promotion. Any promotion running concurrently will be postponed for the duration of the game. Bravo Random Table Generator will be used to select a winning table and seat. The lucky table will be selected immediately after a Washington, Baltimore or home team score. A player must be seated at the table, without a missed blind button, when the scoring occurs to qualify for this promotion. Winners who do not have proper I.D. will have 15 minutes to retrieve their I.D. to claim their prize. In the absence of a Baltimore or Washington game, the home team will be considered the promotional team.

1. Must be 21 years or older to participate.

2. All participants and winners must have a Rush Rewards Card and a valid picture

identification (driver’s license, state identification card, current passport, alien registration card, or military identification card) to collect prizes.

3. Poker players will receive the payment in chips.

4. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including gaming, and all aspects of the promotion may be subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities.

5. Winners agree to allow the use of their name and likeness for promotions/advertising and announcements without compensation where permitted.

6. Rivers Casino may disqualify any person for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of promotional rules, or other misconduct, whether related to this promotion or not.

7. Individuals who are on the Virginia Self-Exclusion List or casino-banned are not eligible.

8. Employees of RIVERS CASINO are not eligible.
