• Is Rivers Casino for everyone?

  Rivers Casino will benefit everyone in the greater Pittsburgh area with new jobs and expanded support for our city…but to gamble or be on the premises, you must be 21 years of age or older. • How do I get a Rush Reward Players Club card?

  In order to receive a Rush Reward Players Club card you must have a valid state-issued photo ID. Acceptable forms of identification include: Driver's License, Identification Card (issued by the DMV-Department of Motor Vehicle), and Military ID (issued by the Department of Defense). When you arrive at the casino, just go to the Rush Reward Players Club with your ID and a representative will sign you up so you can begin earning your rewards! And remember, membership is FREE!

• Can I sign up online for a Rush Reward Players Club Card?

  At this time, you will need to come to property with your state-issued photo ID to sign up and receive your Rush Reward Players Club card. Be sure to play with your card at all times and start earning rewards!

• How much is the parking fee at the Rivers Casino?

  Self Parking is free for all guests. Valet parking for preferred and signature guests is free. Rush member valet parking is $3.00 and $6.00 for non-members!* *Some blackout dates may apply. Please see the Football Gameday Parking Notice for details.

• Does the Rivers Casino sell gift cards?

  Yes, the Rivers Casino does sell gift cards and they can be purchased at the Rivers Casino Gift Shop located on the gaming floor. Gift cards can be redeemed at the cashier's cage located next to the main Rush Rewards Players Club on the gaming floor. Gift cards used for gaming must be purchased with cash.

• Can I bring my children to the casino?

  No one under 21 allowed on the property. This includes parking garages and surrounding property.
