Rivers Casino Philadelphia will welcome hometown favorites The Stylistics for a soulful evening of timeless hits on Friday, Sept. 5, at 8 p.m. Tickets for The Event Center show are on sale now and start at $29.
With iconic songs like “You Make Me Feel Brand New,” “Betcha by Golly, Wow” and “I’m Stone in Love with You,” The Stylistics became one of the most celebrated groups of the 1970s. Known for their smooth harmonies and chart-topping ballads, the group continues to captivate fans across generations.
“We’re thrilled to welcome The Stylistics back to their hometown stage for a night of classic soul,” said Shannon Redmond, vice president of marketing at Rivers Casino Philadelphia. “The Stylistics’ music helped define Philadelphia’s soundtrack, and fans are in for timeless hits, nostalgic energy and a very special show.”
The Stylistics have been inducted into both the Philadelphia Music Alliance Walk of Fame and Vocal Group Hall of Fame. Their music has remained popular over the decades, with artists like Prince, Mary J. Blige and Alicia Keys sampling or covering their songs.
