We are offering the highest-known base rate in Pennsylvania, starting dealers will earn base plus tips which can add up to $30 per hour.
Dealers can further accelerate their base pay by learning multiple games including baccarat, roulette and craps. Each additional game moves dealers up the pay scale and adds variety to their workday—while giving the casino more options for mutually beneficial scheduling.
ELIGIBILITY:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must not be currently employed by Rivers Casino Philadelphia or any other Rush Street Gaming property
- Must have submitted an employment application for Dealer School Student and successfully passed the pre screening interview process with Rivers Casino Human Resources
