We will re-open on Tuesday, June 9 at 9am!

Casino Hours of Operation as of June 9, 2020
Monday - Thursday 9 a.m. - 4 a.m. daily
The casino will be open 24 hours starting Friday at 9 a.m. - Monday at 4 a.m..

Casino 
Following PGCB and CDC guidelines, our casino floor is open with strict procedures in place for the safety of our guests and Team Members including physical distancing and enhanced cleaning. There are over 100 Hand Sanitizer and Disinfectant Wipe stations throughout the Gaming Floor for Guests to sanitize their hands regularly as well as wipe any surfaces.
Grand View Buffet, Mian, Three Rivers Lounge, The Event Center and Valet Parking are all currently closed. Poker is currently not available. 

Dining and Nightlife
Dining options currently include Wheelhouse, FLIPT and Ciao. Drum Bar, Spiral Bar and Sportsbook Bar will also be open. 

General 

Will I need to wear a mask into Rivers Casino Pittsburgh?
Masks are required to enter the building. 

Do I have to wear a mask if I have a disability?
Per the Governor's guidance individuals who cannot wear a mask due to a medical condition may enter the premises and are not required to provide documentation of such medical conditions.

Will I be able to eat, drink and smoke at Rivers Casino Pittsburgh?
Guests are able to lower their masks while smoking, drinking and eating. We encourage proper social distancing practices during this time and while at Rivers Casino for the safety of all guests and Team Members.


How will I enter Rivers Casino Pittsburgh?
Both the elevator and front entrance will be available. Guests are able to pick up and drop off at the Main Entrance and all guests will have to self-park as Valet Parking is closed. To practice social distancing floor graphics are placed at all locations. The casino is large enough to accommodate many guests while still achieving safe social distancing and capacity requirements. 


Will my tier benefits be extended?
Guests who earned Black Card or Platinum Card status starting on January 1, 2020 will maintain their status throughout 2020. 


What has occurred to my previous offers and promotions? 
All promotions and offers are expired. 

Will I be able to complete my win/loss form at the players club once the casino reopens?
Yes, you will be able to complete the form at the club; however, the preferred method to promote social distancing is to request the form at RiversCasino.com.

What should I do with my gaming chips from my previous trips to Rivers Casino Pittsburgh? 
Gaming chips will need to be exchanged at the main cashier cage prior to buying in at a Rivers Casino table game.

Will I be able to play my favorite table games?
Yes, seating has been modified to promote social distancing on all table games. Examples of this include 4 spots at Roulette, 3 spots at Blackjack and 6 spots at Craps. In addition, 12 Blackjack Tables have been added into the Poker Room. Poker is currently not available.

Will there be exclusive parking for Black Card holders?
Yes, the exclusive fifth floor parking is still available in the self-parking garage for our Black Card Members. There will also be a dedicated elevator for our Black Card members. 


Will there be handicap parking available? 
Handicap self parking is available on each level of the Rivers Parking Garage. 


Will I be able to rent a wheelchair or scooter?
Yes, please visit our front entrance to rent one of these items.

How do I receive a refund on my postponed ticketed event at Rivers Event Center?
Tickets purchased at the Rivers Casino Gift shop:
Guests will receive a full refund in the manner in which they purchased their tickets - if the guest used a credit/debit card, they need only to present the same credit/debit card that was used for their purchase. If the guest purchased with cash, they will need to have a valid photo ID. Please note that this specific refund will not be able to be completed until Rivers Casino Pittsburgh reopens on June 9. 

Tickets purchased online at RiversCasino.com or Showclix.com:
Guests should email [email protected] to receive a full refund. Refunds may take up to 14 days.

Will the BetRivers Sportsbook writer windows and viewing area be opened?
Yes, the BetRivers Sportsbook writer windows and viewing area will both be open. The viewing area will have limited capacity to promote social distancing.  Betting can also be done through BetRivers.com.


Will there still be happy hour at Rivers Casino Pittsburgh?
Yes, happy hour will continue on the casino floor and Wheelhouse but items are subject to change.


Are my Rush Reward points still valid that I earned before closing? 
Yes, any Rush Reward points earned prior to closing will continue to be on your Rush Rewards card when you return

Can I cash in my NBA, NHL or MLB future bets?
At this current time, your bets are still active. 

Can I cash in my NCAA basketball future bets?
Bets are considered void and can be paid out at the BetRivers Sportsbook.
