BAD BEAT RULES

Bad Beat Progressive Jackpot Rules and Regulations

I. IN ALL CASES, THE QUALIFYING FOUR OF A KIND MUST BE A POCKET PAIR. 

A bad beat Jackpot will consist of any hand consisting of Four Tens or better 
beaten by Four Jacks, Four Queens, Four Kings, Four Aces or a Straight Flush. 
Once the bad beat Jackpot reaches $50,000, the minimum qualifier will be 
reduced to the next lowest ranking hand (Four Nines). Qualifiers are as 
follows:   
Four Tens -    $2,500 to $49,999 
Four Nines -   $50,000 to $59,999   
Four Eights -  $60,000 to $69,999
Four Sevens - $70,000 to $79,999
Four Sixes -   $80,000 to $89,999
Four Fives -    $90,000 to $99,999
Four Fours -   $100,000 or greater
                                              

II. IN THE CASE OF A STRAIGHT FLUSH OR ROYAL FLUSH, BOTH HOLE CARDS  MUST BE USED TO MAKE THE BEST HAND POSSIBLE. 

III. IF THE BAD BEAT HITS WITH ONE OF THE HANDS BEING A ROYAL FLUSH, ONLY THE BAD BEAT WILLBE PAID AND NOT THE ROYAL FLUSH.

IV. THERE MUST BE $10 IN THE POT, INCLUDING THE RAKE AND THE BONUS 
DROP. $2 MAX TAKEN FROM EACH QUALIFYING POT FOR THE JACKPOT. $1 
WILL BE TAKEN WHEN THE POT REACHES $10 AND AN ADITIONAL $1 WILL BE 
TAKEN WHEN THE POT REACHED $30. THERE MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 
FOUR (4) PLAYERS DEALT IN THE HAND TO QUALIFY FOR ANY JACKPOT. UP 
TO $2’S PROMOTIONAL RAKE WILL NOT BE TAKEN IF LESS THAN FOUR (4) 
PLAYERS ARE DEALT IN.

V. IF YOU MISS YOUR BLIND, YOU DO NOT QUALIFY FOR THE BAD BEAT. 
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE MONEY (CHIPS) ON THE TABLE (ENOUGH TO PLAY 
YOUR BLINDS), YOU WILL BE INELIGIBLE.

VI. DISCUSSION OF THE BAD BEAT COULD DISQUALIFY THE BAD BEAT.

VII. YOU MUST PRESENT A VALID ID TO RECEIVE ANY PORTION OF THE BAD 
BEAT PAYOUT.

VIII. THE VALIDITY OF A BAD BEAT WILL BE DETERMINED BY MANAGEMENT 
ACCORDING TO THE RULES FILED WITH THE STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA.


IX. THE BREAKDOWN OF THE $1 AND $2 CONTRIBUTION IS AS FOLLOWS: 
25% TO THE MAIN, 15% TO THE RESERVE, 15% TO THE ROLLING ROYALS AND 
45% TO THE PLAYER PROMOTION RESERVE.


X. THE PAYOUT OF THE BAD BEAT IS AS FOLLOWS:     40% GOES TO THE 
LOSING QUALIFYING HAND, 30% GOES TO THE WINNING HAND AND 30% 
WILL BE SPLIT AMONG THE REMAINING QUALIFYING PLAYERS AT THE TABLE. 

XI. THE MANAGEMENT DECISIONS ARE FINAL
